Meet The Monster Children Writing Staff

One of our best writers at a show looking at her phone smoking a cigarette facing away from the stage.

Monster Children is a difficult place to write for, or so we’ve been told.

We don’t like publishing stories about the hottest thing out right now, we’d rather tell you about what will be the hottest thing tomorrow. We don’t like to tell you about the exclusive club, we’d rather throw a milkshake at it. It takes a lot of patience, a lack of professionalism, a comfort in absurdity, and a passion for the underdog. It takes a weirdo, and we’ve collected some good ones. These strange, beautiful creatures tell honest stories, make bad jokes, and often put themselves in danger for your amusement, and for that, we love and appreciate them. Meet some of the steadier (steady enough to answer my ‘Need a Bio From You’ email within a week) Monster Children contributors, editors, photographers, and infrequent annoyances.
