Watch: A Day in the Desert

There’s no better place to break in new gear than the desert.

You’ll know for damn sure if your shit is poor quality—most clothes aren’t meant to be abused in the hot, dry sun. And that’s exactly why we spent the day with Mark Appleyard, Sammy Montano, and Aaron Kim to put Globe’s new Low Velocity collection to the test. Would it survive or rip to mere threads after a few slams in a crusty ditch? Turns out the gear handled the elements just fine.
