Every second Friday of the month, a strange thing is happening at the Ritz Cinema in Randwick.
The Sydney movie theatre is putting on a showcase of films that are so bad, they turned themselves into kinda-good classics. They’ve got Batman and Robin from 1977 (okay), Leguizamara Live: Super Mario Bros (not sure), Road House (painful) (brilliant—Ed) and more coming up in the next few months. You can check out the full lineup here.
The good part is the Ritz has a bar, so we recommend taking advantage of that and making yourself feel better by knowing you probably have more rotten tomatoes at the bottom of that weird, semi-translucent drawer in your fridge, than all of these movies combined.
