Introducing Modern Classic, a series focused on timeless creators who mix the best of old and new traditions with a fresh perspective. First up: photographer Magdalena Wosinska.
Photography by Andrew Peters. Video by Chad Huff.
Originating from Katowice, Poland, Magdalena Wosinska now calls LA her home, where she embodies what it means to be a photographer — constantly carrying her point and shoot camera at all moments to capture the spontaneous, raw, fun, and adventurous nature that characterizes her life. Rising up from the skate and music scenes, Magda has built a reputation for her photography that blends grit with almost journalistic integrity. Well known for her side project, The Magdalena Experience, she’s gone on to shoot professionally between her home in LA and the Joshua Tree desert for names like Vogue and the New York Times. We’d say she’s one to watch, but she’s really more of one to inspire.
