Invasion Day Events to Attend Across the Country

If you’re searching for ways to be an ally to the Traditional Owners of this land on January 26th, the following list is a good place to start.

Tomorrow is not a date to celebrate—it’s a day of mourning and survival for First Nations people across the country, and if you’re looking to listen, learn and help put important Indigenous perspectives at the forefront, check out the below. Happening in capital cities and regional centres across Australia, there’s a whole host of rallies, vigils, concerts, dawn services, smoking ceremonies, and more going down. So if you’re like us and think changing the date is well overdue, show up to any one of the following in person, or tune in online where available.
