At long last, the lineup at Harvest Rock Fest 2025 in Adelaide has been announced and boy oh boy, it is one we will be at.
The Strokes, The War On Drugs, Groove Armada, Royel Otis, Folk Bitch Trio, M.I.A. - with every glance at the poster, my heart beats faster. I think about the time I saw The Strokes at Irving Plaza in New York and my friend offered me an altoid so I took one, but it was actually not an altoid, it was acid in an altoid can, and how it made that show feel like I were in an ocean of moving bodies, waves crashing to the screams of Take it / Or leave it. Am I saying you should do acid at this? No, I am not, and not only because I am not legally allowed to, but because I believe that you won’t need to. That’s how good the lineup is. You will fly like paper and get high like planes with just the music and vibes alone, brother.
