For skateboarders, cities have an alchemist’s philosophy: for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction; for something that is given, something must be taken. A city like Paris has much to offer a skater - ledges, curbs, strange kickers, interesting gaps. There is plenty for that city to give. Remembering the law of equivalent exchange, in return for the city’s abundance, something must be given: sanity.

The city bustles with distractions and obstacles. The sidewalks are lined with uneven stone and ill-tempered civilians. The spots are good, if you can get a try in.
