Kahana Kalama and the Fruits of Neat Existance

Banks have rejected the team rider status quo and decided to do things a little differently.

Instead of associating themselves with those who do little other than surf well, they’ve curated a team of ample surfers who’ve got other projects outside of waxing up and paddling out. The subject of their latest video jaunt is Kahana Kalama, the gent behind Aloha Beach Club; a brand and retail space with plots in San Diego and Hawaii. The film charts Kahana’s cross-Pacific love affair, and sees him returning to his Hawaiin roots from his adopted mainland home. If you take anything away from this short flick, perhaps it’s that there’s more ways than one to carve out a neat little existence for yourself where you get to surf lots, and have a successful career at the same time.
