Future Classic X saw the Sydney Opera House use the Northern Boardwalk for an event of this calibre for the first time, and it was a complete success. Kicking off at 4pm, over two thousand people ventured down to watch the likes of Flight Facilities, Flume, and Seekae to celebrate 10 Years of Future Classic.

The sound was incredible, and as Flume (who played his only Australian show of 2015) made his way through his set of old and new tracks, the bass felt like it would blow my head off. Between tracks, he stopped to thank the imprint Future Classic, before introducing the next song as the track “that got him signed to FC in the first place.” He then dropped ‘Sleepless’ and the crowd went wild. Backed by Sydney Harbour, the mini festival was the perfect way to bring in the weekend. No dickheads, plenty of dancing, and a harbour full of people wanting to have a good time.
