The Brixton Broadcast Hits Sydney

The much loved Brixton Broadcast is coming to Sydney.

After starting stateside to pleasing effect, and kicking off in Melbourne last year, Brixton are now bringing their strain of free live music to Sydney. The second Australian offering from the Broadcast is a double header with Melbournites Dumb Punts and Wash, the Byron based trio that consists of pro surfers Creed McTaggart, Beau Foster, and Ellis Ericson.

The gig’s happening this Friday night at the iconic Lead Belly in Newtown, and entry’s absolutely free. Doors from 6pm, and we’d suggest getting there early to avoid disappointment. Free music is a priceless commodity in Sydney these days, and expect the inner-west faithful to attend in abundance.
