It’s not every day you see a photo series that could easily be mistaken for paintings.
Australian photographer Sylvé Colless‘ new body of work is just that. Following on from her standout 2015 exhibition Harmonia – featuring everyday women au naturel underwater, these mind-blowing new works look at the female form in transition. Shot entirely in a blackened out studio with a few special tricks up her sleeve, the result is a flowing and mesmerising play with lights, shape and the beauty of the female body.
Aurelia is showing from August 25th- September 16th at Special Group Studio, 270 Devonshire St, Surry Hills.
