While the rest of us kick off our chucks and do nothing but source the finest Sri Lankan cinnamon for our gingerbread mansions this holiday season, Converse will host their first of five workshops for the return of the Cons Project. Their latest round of global community workshops begin December 12 in Austin and run through to May 2016.
Live workshops are slated to debut for the first time in Austin and Chicago, and return for another successful run in Los Angeles, New York, Boston and Toronto. Converse Cons Skate Ambassadors Don “Nuge” Nguyen, Kenny Anderson, Mike Anderson, and Aaron Herrington, will be mentoring participants in workshops across the six cities, and legendary skateboard manufacturer, Paul Schmitt will be leading the first workshop in Austin on December 12th, where participants will learn how create a deck and then put him out of business.
