Here we are, week two. The WSL Hawaiian pro ran to completion, with Wade Carmichael taking the win. Who saw that coming? I was stoked on it, he was shredding throughout the entire event, so congrats Wade!

Floating around the north shore this week was still relatively slow, we saw a few days of some actual waves at pipeline, and a few days of rain. I rolled around Ehukai Beach Park some more, ran into some familiar faces, shot some portraits, and went underwater rock running.

I brought a black backdrop with me to shoot some portraits of whoever stops by our house. Here’s Jack Robinson & Tomas Hermes.
