Develop Your Eye

Are you down with O.P.P (one point perspective)? That symmetrical framing of a photograph that leads the viewer’s eye to a single point in the frame? Well Gold Coast Skateboards sure as hell is. That’s why they created this rad little photo book with nothing but one point perspective photographs from a slew of different photographers, including yours truely. #DEVELOPYOUREYE is a global art project showing that through our shared experience of skateboarding, we start seeing things in a unified way. If you want to snag yourself a free copy of the photo book you can do so here. Or if your eyes can’t handle looking at anything but in digital form you can click through the book here. And if you are into O.P.P as much as Gold Coast is, throw the hashtag #developyoureye on any of your Instagrams that happen to feature this point of view.
